Larry Weatherford, Certified Financial Planner(TM) Professional, of the Weatherford Financial Group, began his involvement in the financial services industry in April of 1979.
Larry is a Registered Representative for NYLIFE Securities LLC (Member FINRA/SIPC), and a Financial Adviser for Eagle Strategies, LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser and wholly owned subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company.
As a Financial Adviser, Larry works hard to build relationships of trust with his clients by helping them to accumulate, manage and protect their money through a process of Retirement, Investment, Insurance, Estate and Financial Planning.
He also assists business owners with establishing Benefit Programs that are intended to attract, retain and reward some of the best people available in their industries to grow their business revenues and profitability.
When a client has a need for a financial product Larry is able to select from several quality companies that have certain strengths and competitive advantages in various situations.
Larry is a Lifetime member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table1 (for more than 30 years), an international organization comprised of the top insurance and financial service professionals in the world.
He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers and has consistently qualified for the association's National Quality Award. Larry has earned the CFP (Certified Financial Planner), the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and CASL (Chartered Adviser for Senior Living) professional designations.
Larry is a Past President of the Charleston Estate Planning Council.
He is a native of Charleston, SC and is very active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He lives in the hamlet of Crowfield Plantation with Kathy, his wife of thirty eight years. They have six children together and nine grandchildren. In his free time Larry enjoys walking outdoors, and traveling to interesting places.
